Definition
A seller is a business registered on GeM to supply goods or services to government buyers. Sellers can be manufacturers (OEMs), resellers or service providers. To take part in a bid, the seller's profile must be complete and it must offer the GeM category the bid is created in, plus meet the bid's eligibility conditions.
