About the service
Mitra Tender ("Mitra") helps sellers find and evaluate tenders published on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM). Tender information is collected from public GeM pages and bid documents and processed automatically.
Mitra is not affiliated with GeM or any government department. Always verify tender details on gem.gov.in and in the original bid document before bidding.
Accounts
You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your company profile accurate.
One account is for one business. Sharing an account, or copying and reselling Mitra data, is not allowed and may lead to suspension.
Plans, unlocks and credits
Paid plans give access for the period shown at purchase. Renewing early adds the new period after your current end date.
A single-tender unlock or a credit from a credit pack opens the full details of one tender permanently for your account. Credits do not expire.
All prices include GST unless shown otherwise. A GST invoice is issued for every payment.
Accuracy and liability
Eligibility checks, extracted criteria and AI answers are produced automatically from bid documents and may be incomplete or wrong. They are an aid, not legal or procurement advice.
Mitra is not responsible for bids you submit, lose or win, or for decisions made by buyers. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
