What we collect
Account: mobile number, and optionally name and email. Company profile: details you enter such as GSTIN, turnover, experience and MSE/startup status. Documents you upload to the documents vault.
Usage: tenders you view, save or unlock, searches, alerts, and basic technical data (IP address, browser) to keep the service secure. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store card or bank details.
Why we use it
To run your account, send the alerts you set up (WhatsApp, email), check your eligibility for tenders, issue invoices, prevent misuse and improve Mitra.
Questions you ask the AI assistant are sent with the tender's bid document text to our AI provider to generate an answer.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help run Mitra (hosting, payments, messaging, AI), or when required by law.
Your choices
You can edit your profile, delete uploaded documents and turn alerts off at any time. To delete your account and data, write to info@mitratender.com; we keep invoices as required by tax law.
