Failed or duplicate payments
If money was deducted but your plan or unlock did not activate, or you were charged twice, write to us with the payment ID. We refund the extra amount to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Subscriptions
Start with the free trial to evaluate Mitra. Paid plans can be cancelled any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees for the current period are not refunded once the plan is active.
Tender unlocks and credit packs
An unlocked tender is delivered instantly and is not refundable. Unused credit packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase if no credit from the pack has been used.

Email info@mitratender.com from your registered email or mention your registered mobile number and the payment ID.
