Udyam Registration is the online MSME registration of the Ministry of MSME, which replaced Udyog Aadhaar. It classifies an enterprise as micro, small or medium and lists the business activities (NIC codes). For GeM benefits, the Udyam certificate should be valid and should cover the goods or services you are bidding for; link it in your GeM profile.
