Definition
When a buyer places an order on GeM — through direct purchase, L1 purchase or after a bid — the portal generates a contract with the items, quantity, price, consignees and delivery period. The seller accepts and executes it, submits ePBG if required, delivers, and raises the bill after CRAC. Keep the contract number for every follow-up.

Contract = GeM ka pakka order — isme likha hai kya, kitna, kahan aur kab tak dena hai.
