Definition
After technical evaluation results are published, GeM gives disqualified sellers a short window to submit a representation — a written response to the reason for rejection, for example pointing to a document that was uploaded. The buyer considers it before moving ahead. The window is short, so check results promptly once a bid you joined is evaluated.
