Definition
Bid validity is the number of days, counted from the bid end date, for which your offer must stay open and unchanged. The buyer must finish evaluation and award within it. If evaluation runs long, the buyer can request an extension; sellers may accept or decline. Withdrawing or changing the offer within validity can lead to EMD forfeiture or other action.
