ATC (Additional Terms and Conditions)

What ATC means in a GeM tender

Definition

ATC are conditions a buyer adds to a GeM bid on top of GeM's standard General Terms and Conditions — for example extra documents, site visit, warranty, installation or penalty terms. ATC is part of the bid, so it binds the seller who participates. Read it fully before bidding: many rejections come from an ATC requirement the seller did not notice.

In simple words

ATC buyer ki 'extra shartein' hain — chhota font, bada asar. Pehle yahi padhein.
