At MitraTender, we strive to deliver a seamless and reliable tender discovery experience to all our users. We value the trust you place in us and want to ensure complete transparency regarding our refund practices. This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for subscription plans and services purchased through our platform. By subscribing to MitraTender, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. General Conditions
- All payments made for MitraTender subscription plans are non-transferable.
- Refunds are processed only under specific conditions mentioned in this policy.
- MitraTender reserves the right to update or modify the refund policy at any time without prior notice.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered under the following scenarios:
- Technical Issues: If you experience platform-wide technical problems that prevent access to services and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
- Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice for the same subscription plan, the duplicate amount will be refunded.
- Wrong Plan Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the wrong plan, you may request a refund within 48 hours, provided the plan features have not been used extensively.
- Service Non-Delivery: If MitraTender fails to activate your plan after payment confirmation.
Refunds are not applicable if:
- You have already accessed or downloaded tender data.
- You fail to use the platform or miss tenders due to your own inaction.
- You cancel mid-subscription without valid reasons covered under this policy.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Fees paid for consultancy services, training sessions, or custom enterprise solutions are strictly non-refundable.
- Promotional offers, trial packs, and discounted plans cannot be refunded.
4. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, users must:
- Write to us at support@mitratender.com with the subject line “Refund Request – [Your Plan ID]”.
- Provide transaction details, payment receipt, and the reason for requesting a refund.
- Our team will verify your request within 3–5 business days.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
5. Partial Refunds
In exceptional cases, MitraTender may consider partial refunds, depending on:
- The proportion of services used.
- The time elapsed since subscription activation.
6. Plan Cancellation
- Users can cancel their plan anytime from the account dashboard.
- Cancellation does not guarantee a refund unless covered by the eligibility criteria.
- After cancellation, you will retain access to services until the plan expiry date.
