• We do not guarantee award of tenders, contracts, or business outcomes.
• Tender data is aggregated from publicly available sources including government portals.

3. User Eligibility & Account Responsibility

• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.
• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any activity performed through your account shall be deemed authorized by you.

4. Subscription, Pricing & Payments

• All subscription prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Plans are valid only for the selected duration and are non-transferable.
• MitraTender reserves the right to revise pricing, features, or plan structures at any time.
• Payments once made are governed by the Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

• You shall not misuse, scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute tender data without authorization.
• You shall not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform.
• Automated access, bots, or data extraction tools are strictly prohibited.
• Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

6. AI-Generated Documents & Insights

• AI-generated documents are advisory in nature and should be reviewed before submission.
• MitraTender does not guarantee compliance with specific tender conditions or legal requirements.
• Final responsibility for document accuracy lies solely with the user.

7. Data Accuracy & Disclaimer

• While we strive for accuracy, MitraTender does not warrant completeness or correctness of tender data.
• Users are advised to verify details from the original tender issuing authority.
• MitraTender shall not be liable for losses arising from reliance on platform data.

8. Suspension & Termination

• MitraTender may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
• No refund shall be issued in case of termination due to misuse or policy violation.
• Users may discontinue services at any time, subject to the Refund Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MitraTender shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses including loss of profits, data, or opportunities.

10. Indemnification

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• Courts located in Agra, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
